Affinity Ventures is pleased to announce the completed transaction of Aloha RV, Inc. based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Aloha RV is a one of the largest RV dealerships in the Southwest and will act as an anchor into the New Mexico region for the acquirer. Affinity Ventures acted as the exclusive merger & acquisition advisor.

The transaction closed on November 16, 2021 and accomplished all of the Sellers goals. Price, structure, transition and a tremendous future for the company and all of their employees due to the similar cultures and customer service approach to their customers. With the rapid consolidation within the RV industry, Peter Larson, the owner of Aloha felt this was an excellent time to join RV Retailers due to the tremendous advantages a large national company creates for an independent.  Affinity Ventures has several other RV projects in process.
