NANCY DILLER SHIVELY
Naples, Florida and Akron, Ohio
Nancy Diller-Shively began her nursing career in 1976
when she graduated from St. Thomas Hospital School of Nursing. She worked 10
years at St. Thomas, primarily in the Intensive Care Unit. She began her
work in home health care in 1985 with Nurse's House Call as a field nurse.
Nancy worked her way up the corporate ladder holding various positions, with
her final position being Executive Vice President and Chief Operating
Officer. Her responsibilities were to oversee 120 offices nationwide with
revenue totaling over $150,000,000.
In 1994, Nancy started Cambridge Home Health Care, Inc. The company now
provides nursing and home health aide services to over 2,200 patients from
28 locations in Ohio, employing over 1,600 staff.
In 2004, Cambridge Home Health Care, Inc was recapitalized with a private
equity firm with Nancy remaining as CEO, President, and minority shareholder
of the company. Nancy continued to direct and grow the company until 2007,
when she chose to exit the day to day management of the business but
continues as a board member and shareholder.
Nancy has partnered with her previous team of investors with Cambridge and
purchased a home health agency in Naples, Florida in 2007. She is the CEO of
Bridgeport Home Health Care and participates in the strategic and fiscal
direction of the company.
